Dr. Wolf Kremer
After Dr. Wolf Kremer graduated from the University of Cologne in 2002, he trained in anaesthesiology at Tulane University in New Orleans and Brigham and Women‚'s Hospital (Harvard University) in Boston. Initially focused on cardiovascular and thoracic anaesthesia, Dr. Wolf Kremer later worked in critical care in Europe before moving to New Zealand in 2012. There, He specialised further in cardiothoracic anaesthesia and critical care. Now, as a consultant anaesthetist in a rural hospital, He has come to appreciate the importance of nutrition in promoting better health and a sustainable healthcare system.
