His practice adopts a holistic approach to health, incorporating psychotherapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and massage therapy alongside nutritional and preventive care.

He has played a significant role in the postgraduate education of medical and paramedical practitioners across Australia and Asia, focusing on the application of clinical nutrition for disease treatment and health maintenance.
