ABOUT PEARCEDALE MEDICAL CENTRE Pearcedale Medical Centre has been proudly serving the community since November 2013 when Dr. Farzaneh Rastegar took over the practice from a retiring GP. What began as a sole GP practice with limited operating hours of just 20 hours per week has grown significantly into a thriving clinic with four General Practitioners, serving a patient base that has expanded by over 4,000 in a short time. OUR TEAM The medical team is led by Dr. Farzaneh Rastegar and includes Dr. Pejman Hajbabaie, Dr. Mehdi Ebrahimi, and Dr. Nadiya Solodunenko. Each GP brings a wealth of experience and skills to provide comprehensive healthcare and support for patients throughout their health journey. The clinic’s dedicated nursing staff play a vital role in chronic disease management programs, with a strong emphasis on preventative medicine to maintain patients’ overall well-being. Additionally, the allied health team focuses on patient-centred care, disability support, and mental health treatments, ensuring a holistic approach to healthcare.
