UMA40 symptom tracker
A free five-minute check that logs 40 key symptoms and gives a personalised summary.
Take the trackerMetluma is an Australian women's health service for perimenopause and menopause. Consultations, a 12-week coaching program and ongoing support are all delivered online, alongside the free UMA40 symptom tracker.

Metluma is a doctor-led women's health company that supports women through perimenopause, menopause and the years around them.
Care looks at the full picture rather than one symptom at a time: hormones, health history, lifestyle and goals. Consultations are with doctors trained in perimenopause and menopause care, who can order blood tests and prescribe when needed.
Everything is delivered online, so appointments fit around work and family. Between appointments, women can message their care team in the Metluma app, join live workshops and keep tracking symptoms, with wearable data able to feed into the picture.
Launched in 2023 by co-founders Georgie Drury, Jarrah Eddy and Dr Nicole Avard, and based in Sydney.
