I am a warm and engaging Registered Psychologist, who believes in the importance of delivering holistic therapy that is rooted in nature based, somatic, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approaches. I have experience in working with adults, adolescents and kids presenting with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm and neurodivergence and more. I am trained in and use evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies like EMDR and Schema Therapy. I have been privileged to work with many diverse clients of different genders, abilities/disabilities, nationalities and social-cultural backgrounds.

Petrea King, the CEO of the Quest for Life Foundation, is a well-known author, inspirational speaker, and teacher. She is qualified as a naturopath, herbalist, clinical hypnotherapist, yoga, and meditation teacher. Petrea and her team of facilitators, counsellors and psychotherapists at the Quest for Life Foundation have conducted residential programs and workshops for people living with various forms of trauma for over 40 years. Our programs cater for people with serious or life-threatening illnesses, depression, grief, loss, PTSD and anxiety. Petrea is a naturopath, yoga and meditation teacher and is the CEO of the Quest for Life Foundation

Amanda possesses an inherent talent for translating psychological insights into practical life skills. With a high level of relatability, she brings extensive experience in guiding individuals through a broad spectrum of life crises, such as navigating relationships, coping with grief and loss, managing stress, and adapting to change. Amanda's expertise extends to working with individuals, couples, and families, aiming to enrich their lifestyles and enhance their effectiveness in the world.

Jane is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She has fifteen-years experience working as a senior clinical psychologist in the public health system and more recently she has established her private practice in 2022. She has extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and utilises her person-centred skills of empathy and collaboration to develop an action plan with her clients. Jane is in the process of completing her studies to obtain her credentials for a HCANZA certification as a Health and Wellness Coach.
