Her areas of interest include gut health, autoimmune disease, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause/menopause, metabolic issues, cardiovascular disease, and sports nutrition.

Dr Aston Wan is a highly experienced Pain Medicine Specialist with expertise in musculoskeletal and headache medicine. He holds medical and specialist qualifications from Trinity College Dublin, FRACGP, and FFPMANZCA. Dr Wan has led major hospital pain services, including at Princess Alexandra Hospital and St Vincent’s Melbourne, and now serves as a senior consultant and training supervisor at Monash Health. His clinical interests include dry needling, prolotherapy, PRP, and clinical hypnosis, reflecting his deep commitment to innovative, multidisciplinary pain care.

I am passionate about reducing chronic disease and supporting overall health with individualised and tailored nutrition & lifestyle plans. A fundamental philosophy at NutritionFx is to use food & nutrition therapy to protect the liver, feed the gut and support the brain.
