Lifestyle Medicine consultations include comprehensive health and lifestyle assessments, goal setting and, where clinically appropriate, targeted investigations such as blood tests, imaging, body composition assessment and functional fitness testing. Patients receive an individualised action plan with structured follow-up to help translate recommendations into sustainable behavioural and lifestyle changes. Through Dr Roex's Lifestyle Medicine service, the practice can support patients with type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes, weight management, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, digestive health, arthritis and other musculoskeletal concerns, women's health and autoimmune conditions, as well as people interested in preventative health, health optimisation and longevity. Consultations with Dr Roex are available in person and via telehealth. Her Lifestyle Medicine service is designed to complement rather than replace a patient's regular GP and conventional medical care.
