About

Throughout my many years working as a Consultant Pharmacist, I’ve witnessed the medication burden of preventable, lifestyle-driven chronic disease and seen how our choices truly impact our lives; it is this very experience which inspired me to complete a postgraduate fellowship with the Australasian College of Environmental and Nutritional Medicine, and practise as an Integrative Pharmacist.

Using my knowledge and experience in medication reviews, health advocacy, collaborative deprescribing, and DNA insights, I view you holistically and can create a healthcare plan that is unique to you by identifying mismatches between your diet, lifestyle, medications and DNA. By working with me, I can help you better understand what healthy looks like for you, and educate you on the science behind vitality.
