Dr Emma King is a Specialist GP and Lifestyle Medicine Physician living and working in the Adelaide Hills. She combines evidence-based medicine with Lifestyle Medicine, a whole-person approach that considers the biological, psychological, social, cultural and environmental context of each patient’s health. Using health coaching principles and the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection and avoidance of risky substances, Emma works collaboratively with patients to understand the drivers of health and disease, identify meaningful goals and develop practical, sustainable strategies. With a strong foundation in hospital and community medicine, she is passionate about understanding the whole person behind the symptoms and supporting long-term health through evidence-based lifestyle interventions. Her special interest areas include women’s health, particularly menopause and perimenopause, as well as weight management and gut health, where she combines clinical expertise with compassionate, personalised care to help patients achieve sustainable wellbeing.

Lisa is passionate about lifestyle medicine and offers personalised consultations helping people to improve their physical health and mental wellbeing. As a Health Coach she provides insights and practical actions based on an understanding of people‚'s individual needs and circumstances.
