Dr. Vineel Reddy is a consultant psychiatrist who began his career in the UK, where he gained his Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists and specialised in General Adult Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison. He holds a Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry from Ireland and an MBA focused on enhancing clinical services. After working in the UK’s NHS, he moved to Australia in 2018 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2019. Dr. Reddy is skilled in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a special interest in adult ADHD, and is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centred care.

Dr. Ruwangi is a consultant psychiatrist with over 19 years of experience in both public and private sectors, including roles at Mercy Health, Northwestern Mental Health, and South West Health Service. She has a strong academic background, having recently served as a Senior Lecturer at Deakin University Medical School, and completed a dissertation on adult ADHD. Her key interests include ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, women’s mental health, eating disorders, youth mental health, trauma-related disorders, and psychosis. Dr. Ruwangi is dedicated to comprehensive care, combining medical and psychosocial treatments for optimal patient outcomes.

Ricardo is a psychiatrist with nearly 20 years of experience, including 15 years in Australia. Originally from El Salvador, he completed advanced training in adolescent psychiatry at Orygen Youth Health in Melbourne, specialising in early intervention for young people. He has worked extensively in public mental health with Melbourne Health and Northern Health and has been in private practice on the Mornington Peninsula since 2013. Ricardo focuses on adolescent and general adult psychiatry, offering both face-to-face and telehealth consultations. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and trail running.

Dr. Ravinda Chandrasekera is a Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry with specialist qualifications from both Australia (FRANZCP) and the UK (MRCPsych). Trained in Sri Lanka, Australia, and the UK, he has experience in Consultation Liaison, Rehabilitation, and Adult Psychiatry, as well as expertise in areas like old-age psychiatry, psychotherapy, forensic psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addictions. He is skilled in managing neurodiverse conditions, including ADHD and ASD. Dr. Chandrasekera is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care based on the latest evidence and values professionalism and respect in his practice.

Dr. Bhavanishankar is a Sydney-based psychiatrist with over five years of experience running a multispecialty practice and working in telehealth. He specialises in a wide range of psychiatric disorders, using a holistic and comprehensive approach to care. Trained in CBT, mindfulness, and meditation, he has worked in crisis management, early intervention for youth, and rehabilitation services. He completed his MRCPsych in the UK in 2007 and his FRANZCP in Australia in 2012. A graduate of the University of Melbourne, he is accredited as a permanent impairment assessor under AMA 4th Edition guidelines. Dr. Khanbhai is a consultant psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in public and private psychiatry. He graduated from the University of Queensland, gained further experience in the UK, and completed his formal training at Sydney Central Health District. Specialising in complex psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, substance misuse, and schizophrenia, he has a keen interest in forensic psychiatry, particularly in criminal and medicolegal assessments. Currently, Dr. Khanbhai practices in Sydney and directs an inpatient psychiatric unit in regional NSW. He is known for his empathetic, evidence-based approach and dedication to personalised patient care.

Dr Yan is a Consultant Psychiatrist with dual qualifications in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry from both Hong Kong and Australia. Formerly an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, she now practices in Sydney. Dr Yan's interests include mental health conditions in young people, such as ADHD, autism, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, anxiety, eating disorders, and personality disorders. She is also experienced in addiction psychiatry, psychotherapy, and forensic psychiatry.

Dr Lee focuses on mood, anxiety, substance use, and psychotic disorders, and takes a holistic approach to care, integrating his expertise as both a psychiatrist and a family physician.
