Dr. Fiona Zafiris is an Integrative Medicine Practitioner. She focuses on lifestyle medicine, health coaching, and using lifestyle change as medicine. Dr. Zafiris collaborates with patients to optimise nutrition, physical activity, sleep, social connectedness, and stress management to treat and prevent chronic diseases. She is also a qualified GP counsellor.

She has fifteen-years experience working as a senior clinical psychologist in the public health system and more recently she has established her private practice in 2022. She has extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and utilises her person-centred skills of empathy and collaboration to develop an action plan with her clients.
