Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath and founder of the Nourished Clinic.

Nourished Clinic was born with the intention of infusing evidence-based nutrition and naturopathy to inspire change in the way that our clients approach health & wellness.

We don’t just look at symptoms we delve deeper to discover root causes with a truly holistic approach.

I understand firsthand the importance of taking a deeper look at what is going on within the body having experienced multiple autoimmune diseases and losing 40 kilos myself. Disrupting illness is about looking beyond symptoms and utilising integrative approaches to health.

The fusion of Naturopathy with evidence-based Nutrition, functional testing, psychology and behaviour change allows for a comprehensive tailored health plan to help you achieve optimal wellness and longevity.

Nourished Clinic is based at Redefined in Papamoa but also offers virtual clinic consultations so that services are accessible nationwide.
