Hi, I'm Raji Samprathi. I am a mental health counsellor, a naturopath and a lifestyle medicine practitioner and I practice as Holistic Remedies and Holistic Counsellor. It is a social enterprise. I look to educate, empower, encourage and support my clients to take charge of their health. I combine the principles of naturopathy, counselling, and lifestyle medicine when working with clients, taking that holistic view of health. I am passionate about educating my clients about the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine - good dietary habits, restorative sleep, stress management, regular physical activity, positive social connection and avoidance of risky substances. Whether it's managing chronic conditions like diabetes or addressing mental health concerns, I equip clients with the knowledge and tools they need to change the trajectory of their health. My niche areas are anxiety management, diabetes counselling, gut health and mental health and wellbeing.

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker offering supportive, practical counselling for clients navigating anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, low mood, big life changes, and the impacts of ongoing stress. I provide a calm, respectful space to build coping skills, strengthen self-understanding, and develop strategies that fit everyday life.

Angela uses the Cell to Soul Method, combining functional testing, nutritional therapy, and trauma-informed healing, to identify the deeper drivers of fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and chronic inflammation.
