She is an Integrative Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus on the intersection of mental health, nervous system dysregulation, sleep and circadian rhythm disruption, complex multi-system illness, nutrition, and environmental influences on health.

Dr. Otowo provides holistic patient centred care for all ages with over a decade of clinical experience from Overseas, England and rural Australia. She values active listening and long-term patient relationships. She desires patients to feel empowered in their healthcare journey and have tailored treatment plans unique to their needs.

Angela uses the Cell to Soul Method, combining functional testing, nutritional therapy, and trauma-informed healing, to identify the deeper drivers of fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and chronic inflammation.

Anna is one of NZ's most broadly experienced and highly trained practitioners in the field of complementary medicine. She is one of only a small number of practitioners worldwide who have undertaken multiple full professional courses of training (in Anna's case: acupuncture, nutritional medicine, chiropractic, heart-centred counselling, lifestyle medicine certification) which she is then able to integrate within her practice to the benefit of patients. This, coupled with over 30 years of experience as a practitioner (and enhanced by her experience as mother of two!) allow her to offer a calm, centred, empathic approach to treatment that looks at the root cause(s) of ill health, honouring the individuality and unique needs of each patient.

Dr. Elizabeth Harris brings two decades of experience in general practice, augmented by additional qualifications in complementary health and functional medicine. Her career has been marked by a profound commitment to emergency medicine and rural healthcare, with stints in small communities across New Zealand and the Australian Outback. Over the last decade, she has immersed herself in the emerging field of brainwave biofeedback, leveraging cutting-edge medical EEG recording technology to conduct brain mapping and train brain waves. This innovative approach targets conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and traumatic brain injury. In 2017, Dr. Harris achieved the distinction of becoming the first New Zealand Board Certified Neurotherapist. More recently, she inaugurated the country's inaugural private clinic offering LORETA neurotherapy. Driven by a keen interest in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Fibromyalgia, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and chronic unexplained illnesses, she continues to push the boundaries of neurological care.
