Dr. Samari Jayarajah earned her medical degree from Monash University in 2002 with Honours. She completed her internship and medical residency at the Alfred Hospital. Her specialist training began in 2006 with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). Dr. Jayarajah has extensive experience in various psychiatric sub-specialties including consultation-liaison psychiatry psychotherapy perinatal psychiatry addiction medicine and occupational psychiatry.

Kristy is a Registered Psychologist and Therapeutic Horticulture Practitioner who offer's therapy & counselling support for women who want to slow down & cultivate a more meaningful & authentic life. Sensitive or soulful women who yearn for community & a place to feel heard & be seen as they are - no matter how messy. Many women Kristy work with are nurturer's - often mums, or carers or women who work in the caring profession.

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker offering supportive, practical counselling for clients navigating anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, low mood, big life changes, and the impacts of ongoing stress. I provide a calm, respectful space to build coping skills, strengthen self-understanding, and develop strategies that fit everyday life.

Marsha Stone holds a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) and a Bachelor of Nutrition, and is currently a Fellowship Candidate with the ACNEM. She is an Integrative Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus on the intersection of mental health, nervous system dysregulation, sleep and circadian rhythm disruption, complex multi-system illness, nutrition, and environmental influences on health.

Paige offers a variety of face-to-face and online services to meet the unique needs of my clients, as individuals or couples. I work with clients experiencing challenges for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and relationship issues. We work together to develop a personalised treatment plan that address the individual's specific needs and goals.

Dr. Elizabeth Harris brings two decades of experience in general practice, augmented by additional qualifications in complementary health and functional medicine. Her career has been marked by a profound commitment to emergency medicine and rural healthcare, with stints in small communities across New Zealand and the Australian Outback. Over the last decade, she has immersed herself in the emerging field of brainwave biofeedback, leveraging cutting-edge medical EEG recording technology to conduct brain mapping and train brain waves. This innovative approach targets conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and traumatic brain injury. In 2017, Dr. Harris achieved the distinction of becoming the first New Zealand Board Certified Neurotherapist. More recently, she inaugurated the country's inaugural private clinic offering LORETA neurotherapy. Driven by a keen interest in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Fibromyalgia, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and chronic unexplained illnesses, she continues to push the boundaries of neurological care.
