Dr Jessica Elmasry is a Newcastle-based General Practitioner with a special interest in integrative medicine. She also works with people suffering from POTS, Mast cell disorders and Mental and Sexual health issues. She holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Master of Public Health, and she focuses on women's health, reproductive wellbeing, autoimmune and hormonal conditions, and uncovering the root causes of chronic illness through a whole-person approach.

Following my own very long journey (20+ years) to heal from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fibromyalgia, clinical depression and many other chronic health complaints, I began working as a health detective and root cause coach in 2006. Over the past nealry 40 years I've trained in multiple cutting-edge modalities which are all geared to uncovering the root psycho-social-environmental causes of illness, with a special focus on the emotional-trauma-stress aspects of dis-ease.

Oscar is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist, seeing people for muscular skeletal conditions and pain. He combines classical herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping and gua sha with a classical Wen Bing approach to support patients with chronic pain, mental health concerns, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, gut health issues and conditions such as PMS and dysmenorrhea, working closely with the wider team to integrate Eastern and Western approaches to care.

Laura is a qualified naturopath who combines herbal medicine, nutritional support and tailored dietary and skincare advice to address the root causes of skin conditions such as eczema, acne and rosacea, with a particular focus on the gut-skin connection and conditions like IBS and SIBO, bringing a uniquely empathetic approach informed by her own experience with chronic eczema and topical steroid withdrawal.
