Passionate about empowering people to improve their mental fitness, Andy supports clients to develop confidence, strengthen communication and cultivate habits that enhance both their personal and professional lives. She is also the co-founder of Bicycles for Humanity Melbourne and was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in recognition of her contribution to the community and charitable sector.

Dayan is a clinical nutritionist who uses food as medicine alongside practical lifestyle advice to support patients through menopause and perimenopause, weight management and general wellbeing, creating highly individualised, sustainable nutrition plans that consider the connections between hormones, gut health and mental wellbeing, all delivered with a warm yet honest and motivating approach. Dayan works with children, educating both them and their care givers.

Cassidy Dodson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in metabolic health, chronic disease prevention and ketogenic nutrition strategies for conditions including metabolic syndrome and mental health. Holding a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University and an active volunteer role with the Australasian Metabolic Health Society, she brings both clinical grounding and a genuine commitment to advancing low-carbohydrate and ketogenic approaches as meaningful alternatives to conventional dietary care.

Natasha Fayle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Health Coach specialising exclusively in low-carbohydrate and ketogenic nutrition to improve metabolic health outcomes. With a Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation and over a decade of dedicated practice in this space, she combines deep clinical knowledge with a practical coaching approach to help clients build sustainable metabolic change in their everyday lives.

Perri Carlson-Hawke is a clinical psychologist and metabolic mental health specialist combining traditional psychology with ketogenic therapy, nutritional psychiatry and coaching psychology to address the root metabolic causes of mental illness. A Fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists with advanced international training in ketogenic metabolic therapy, she is among a small number of practitioners in Australia working at the intersection of nutrition science and psychological care.
