Dr Emma King is a Specialist GP and Lifestyle Medicine Physician living and working in the Adelaide Hills. She combines evidence-based medicine with Lifestyle Medicine, a whole-person approach that considers the biological, psychological, social, cultural and environmental context of each patient’s health. Using health coaching principles and the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection and avoidance of risky substances, Emma works collaboratively with patients to understand the drivers of health and disease, identify meaningful goals and develop practical, sustainable strategies. She has interests in women’s health, mental health, metabolic health, preventive health and longevity, supported by her unique background in medicine, molecular biology, biotechnology, research and medical education. Dr Emma sees patients in both Mount Barker and Uraidla and conducts telehealth from Uraidla Family Practice.

Dr Jessica Elmasry is a Newcastle-based General Practitioner with a special interest in integrative medicine. She also works with people suffering from POTS, Mast cell disorders and Mental and Sexual health issues. She holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Master of Public Health, and she focuses on women's health, reproductive wellbeing, autoimmune and hormonal conditions, and uncovering the root causes of chronic illness through a whole-person approach.

As an experienced Physiotherapist, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of Health Coaches Australia & NZ Association, I help people who have trouble sticking to an exercise routine or managing stress, build simple, sustainable habits so they feel more in control of their health.

Dayan is a clinical nutritionist who uses food as medicine alongside practical lifestyle advice to support patients through menopause and perimenopause, weight management and general wellbeing, creating highly individualised, sustainable nutrition plans that consider the connections between hormones, gut health and mental wellbeing, all delivered with a warm yet honest and motivating approach. Dayan works with children, educating both them and their care givers.

Cassidy Dodson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in metabolic health, chronic disease prevention and ketogenic nutrition strategies for conditions including metabolic syndrome and mental health. Holding a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University and an active volunteer role with the Australasian Metabolic Health Society, she brings both clinical grounding and a genuine commitment to advancing low-carbohydrate and ketogenic approaches as meaningful alternatives to conventional dietary care.
