With a particular passion for neuroscience, cognitive function and mental health, Karina is currently undertaking a Masters pathway in Mental Health and Neuroscience, deepening her understanding of the brain-body connection and how it influences long-term health. She is committed to combining contemporary research with holistic naturopathic care to help her clients optimise their wellbeing and achieve sustainable health outcomes.

Amanda Downsborough is the Founder of Brain Kids, a Functional Medicine practice dedicated to supporting children with Autism through a personalised, evidence-informed approach. With more than 20 years of experience in child health, Amanda specialises in investigating the nutritional, gut, immune, genetic and environmental factors that may influence a child's development, behaviour, learning and overall wellbeing. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and has completed extensive postgraduate training in paediatric functional medicine, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and advancing care for children with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Skye is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 16 years of experience in clinical practice, working with both children and adults. Skye takes a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to nutrition, and aims to develop realistic and sustainable strategies to suit each person's individual needs. In her paediatric work, she supports families with issues such as growth issues, fussy eating, gut health and food allergies. Alongside this, she also supports adults with weight management, including those using GLP-1 medications. Skye conducts Telehealth appointments.

Jani has an academic background in social anthropology specialising in disability and indigenous issues. She has also worked as a consultant in native title claims. Jani did postgraduate training as an holistic psychotherapist and has been in private practice since 2018. She specialises in working with neurodivergence and also with people presenting with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, stress, addiction, relationship difficulties and chronic health and pain issues. Jani follows the needs and requirements of her clients, teasing out connections between heart, mind, body, soul and the world around us. She is somatically based in her approach, drawing on her training in process work, IFS, trauma informed somatic psychotherapy and yoga teaching.

Having overcome food allergies, sensitivities, and a pain disorder, she's experienced firsthand how food choices impact our physical and emotional well-being. Rentia has a particular focus on helping individuals manage inflammatory conditions, including autoimmune diseases, gut health issues, and allergies, including histamine issues and MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome).
