Her work is guided by the unique needs of each individual, supporting clients to explore the profound connections between mind, heart, body, and soul.

Her practice is trauma-informed and draws on a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Process Work, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, and couples therapy. Jani's therapeutic style is shaped by her postgraduate background in social anthropology, enabling her to work sensitively and inclusively with people from diverse cultural, social, and economic contexts.
