About
Marsha Stone is an Integrative Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals navigating complex mental and physical health challenges. Holding a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) and a Bachelor of Nutrition, Marsha brings a unique, holistic perspective to her practice. She is currently a Fellowship Candidate with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM), further deepening her expertise in the interplay between nutrition, environment, and health.
Marshaβs clinical focus centres on the intersection of mental health, nervous system dysregulation, sleep and circadian rhythm disruption, and complex multi-system illnesses. She has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing insomnia, anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia. Marsha is also skilled in trauma therapy, recognising the profound impact of trauma on both mind and body.
Marsha partners with her clients to address the root causes of their symptoms, integrating evidence-based medical care with nutritional and environmental strategies. She is committed to empowering individuals to reclaim their well-being, improve their quality of life, and foster resilience.
