Heather Lindsay supports parents who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or disconnected from themselves, helping them rediscover calm, clarity and confidence in everyday life. Her work integrates clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, evidence-based positive parenting strategies, attachment theory, and compassionate, practical parenting support โ all grounded in a strong focus on nervous system wellbeing.
With more than 10 years of experience supporting families through some of their most challenging moments, Heather began her career as a Registered Nurse before expanding into parent coaching and facilitating the Circle of Security Parentingยฎ program. Throughout her work, one insight became clear: when parents feel more regulated, resourced and emotionally grounded, the entire family system benefits.
To deepen her ability to support lasting change, Heather completed a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy. This advanced training provides research-supported tools to help parents address unhelpful patterns at their root.
Through clinical hypnotherapy, she works with both the conscious and subconscious mind, gently reshaping long-held beliefs, stress responses and emotional habits that may have been weighing parents down for years. Her approach is warm, practical and empowering โ helping parents feel more connected to themselves and more present in their parenting.
