I am a former Psychologist turned Holistic Health Coach. I help optimise both your mental and physical fitness for well being, happiness and career impact.

I have a special interest in supporting people working in the sustainability sectors - environmental and social justice - to prevent or come back from burnout by prioritising their own self care, so they can continue to do the vital work they are doing.
