About

Catherine Bull is a Registered Psychologist who works with adolescents aged 13+ and adults, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and a range of other mental health challenges. She takes a practical, solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients build effective strategies to support emotional wellbeing, strengthen resilience, and navigate life’s complexities with greater confidence.

Catherine has a special interest in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating, including anorexia, ARFID, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. She also supports individuals throughout their weight-loss surgery journey and works from a Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed perspective, providing compassionate, non-judgemental, and evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs and experiences.

Taking a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to treatment, Catherine works closely with dietitians, GPs, and other allied health professionals to support safe, sustainable, and long-term outcomes for her clients. Her work draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. Outside of the clinic, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, attending musicals and concerts with her husband and three teenagers, catching up with friends over coffee, and making the most of sunny weekends walking her dog.
