Claire is a Registered Nurse and Accredited Health and Wellness Coach (HCANZA) with over 3 decades of clinical experience, specialising in cancer, women's health, and evidence-based health and wellness. With an extensive career in oncology and palliative care, Claire was recognised as one of the UK’s Top 10 Cancer Nurses and has extensive experience in providing supportive care to clients and their families throughout their cancer experience. Claire has led many cancer services in senior leadership role and has led and published research studies. She is the author of Wellness Coaching Australia's Cancer Coaching Course, a consultant with Sage Women's Health and Director of Queensland's Advanced Breast Cancer Group.
Claire is the founder of the Cancer Wellness Coach, a service supporting individuals with their health and wellness needs at times when gaps in care arise and additional supportive care is required. Claire works with clients who are waiting on a diagnosis or preparing to start treatment and support those who require an extra layer of support or would like coaching to support their progress throughout cancer treatment.
With an increasing number of people returning to work and moving beyond cancer, Claire works with many clients who value the support of coaching in establishing lifestyle behaviours to support their health and wellness priorities after cancer treatment. Cancer Wellness Coach operates globally via telehealth and also in-home currently in Brisbane, Australia.
In addition to cancer coaching, Claire provides coaching, education and group programs in Women's Health, Menopause, Bone Health, Chronic Disease and transitions to palliative care.
