Dr Marny Royans
About
Marny is an experienced GP and medical educator with over 15 years in Australian healthcare. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, she is also completing further training in lifestyle medicine through the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. With a deep interest in psychology, behaviour change, and chronic disease prevention and management, Marny brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to care, integrating evidence-based lifestyle medicine into her clinical practice.
She is particularly passionate about improving access to personalised, preventative care for women — helping them feel better now while laying strong foundations for healthy ageing. As a mother of four, Marny understands firsthand the complexity of balancing health, family, work, and identity, especially during midlife. Her care is grounded in science, free from diet culture, and focused on creating sustainable, meaningful change.
Marny offers private lifestyle consultations, menopause and perimenopause telehealth consults, group lifestyle medicine programs, and educational workshops to support women across Australia.
