Dr Jane Taylor
About
Dr Jane Taylor is an experienced General Practitioner with more than three decades in clinical practice, including over 20 years dedicated to integrative and alternative medicine. Alongside her medical work, she spent fourteen years as a clinical tutor with the Australian National University Medical School, contributing to the education and development of future doctors. Jane has a particular interest in women’s hormonal health across all stages of life, from puberty through to menopause, as well as autoimmune-related hormonal conditions including Hashimoto’s Disease and Graves Disease.
Her approach combines evidence-based medical care with nutritional and lifestyle-focused interventions, aiming to address the underlying drivers of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. Treatment plans may include dietary and nutritional strategies, targeted nutritional injectables where appropriate, and a strong emphasis on restoring and supporting gut health. CK Health is proud to offer Jane’s highly specialised services, which are considered relatively unique within the Newcastle region. Jane’s clinical focus is centred on autoimmune and female hormonal health, and she does not provide treatment for children. Please note that initial consultations are required to be pre-paid.
