Penny is a highly experienced General Practitioner with over 33 years in community practice, working across both conventional and integrative medicine. A graduate of Newcastle University, she is the founder and former director of Invitation to Health, an integrative medical practice on the Central Coast, where she led a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care that thoughtfully combines conventional and complementary approaches. Penny is a passionate advocate for integrative medicine and served as President of the Australasian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA) for eight years.

At Genbiome, Penny provides Deep Health consultations alongside experienced naturopath Adrian Adams, using a collaborative model developed over more than a decade to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care. Her approach focuses on understanding the unique drivers of each patient’s health concerns, with an emphasis on deep listening, personalised treatment, and coordinated care in partnership with each patient’s regular GP.
