About
Jenny Black is a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach specialising in supporting women in midlife to feel stronger, healthier, and more like themselves again.
With a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Exercise) and a Master of Lifestyle Medicine (Distinction), Jenny brings together evidence-based lifestyle medicine with practical, compassionate coaching that helps women move from knowing what to do… to actually doing it in real life. Her approach focuses on sustainable change across the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, and reducing harmful behaviours - always tailored to each woman’s unique season of life.
Jenny is also a Fellow of the Australian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (FASLM), and her research has explored the acceptability of Lifestyle Medicine approaches for people in midlife, with a particular emphasis on what helps women follow through when motivation, time, confidence, and competing demands are stretched.
Through her practice, Enhance Health & Wellbeing, Jenny works with women who are tired of “all-or-nothing” health advice and want a plan that fits their hormones, workload, energy, and family life - without guilt or perfection. She’s known for making health feel achievable again: clear, personalised, supportive, and grounded in what actually works.
