Lisa is a Life Coach, Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist & Strategic Psychotherapist, practitioner of NLP and studied with the Co-Creator Dr Richard Bandler. She is a Registered Nurse and a Reiki & Energy Medicine Practitioner. She has studied Rapid Transformational Therapy with Marisa Peer. She also holds a BSc (Hons) in Health Psychology.

Lisa draws on her broad experience in natural health care and her clinical background as a health professional, to focus on her client's needs. She works with the whole person, the mind, energetically and physically. This makes her the perfect person as a life coach to guide her clients bringing their life back into conscious control. Lisa utilises Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP combined (Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning) visualisation, breath work with theta brainwave frequency music, and energy medicine to help liberate the mind that is highly influenced by the external world.
