I have been a physiotherapist working predominantly in women‚'s / pelvic health for over 25 years. I have a passion for lifestyle medicine and the connection between brain and body. In the last few years I have undertaken additional training in equine assisted therapy and now work with horses as assistants / co-facilitators to address clients therapeutic goals.
