Dr Napper graduated from the University of Sydney in 1982 and has been practising as a General Practitioner since 1985. She has extensive experience in primary care, having worked in general practice in Sydney’s Inner West for the past 26 years, following earlier years practising in the Sutherland Shire.

Dr Napper is vocationally registered with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, maintaining her accreditation through ongoing professional education. She continues to practise in general practice one to two days per week and also works as a surgical assistant at Strathfield Private Hospital, assisting with spine and peripheral nerve surgery. Earlier in her career, she also gained experience in laser dermatology.

Her clinical interests include preventative physical health, pain medicine, mental health and women’s health. Known for her compassionate and thoughtful approach, Dr Napper brings decades of experience and deep clinical insight to patient care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys playing the piano, tennis, Pilates, theatre, road trips, spending time with family and walking her greyhound. Executive Medicine is delighted to welcome Dr Napper to the team.

She is vocationally registered with the RACGP, which involves ongoing and regular medical education.
