Dr. Melyssa Roy is a researcher at the University of Otago, New Zealand. Her work focuses on public health nutrition, physical activity, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and sleep. She has expertise in evidence-based behavioural exercise and nutrition interventions for health promotion and chronic disease prevention.

Dr. Thomas Joseph, currently a GP at Invercargill‚'s He Puna Waiora Wellness Centre, regularly runs a three-day holistically-approached, lifestyle retreat with his wife at Camp Columba, in Gore.

Dr. Elizabeth Harris brings two decades of experience in general practice, augmented by additional qualifications in complementary health and functional medicine. Her career has been marked by a profound commitment to emergency medicine and rural healthcare, with stints in small communities across New Zealand and the Australian Outback. Over the last decade, she has immersed herself in the emerging field of brainwave biofeedback, leveraging cutting-edge medical EEG recording technology to conduct brain mapping and train brain waves. This innovative approach targets conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and traumatic brain injury. In 2017, Dr. Harris achieved the distinction of becoming the first New Zealand Board Certified Neurotherapist. More recently, she inaugurated the country's inaugural private clinic offering LORETA neurotherapy. Driven by a keen interest in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Fibromyalgia, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and chronic unexplained illnesses, she continues to push the boundaries of neurological care.

Dr. Bethan Ganderton graduated from the Australian National University in 2012 and completed fellowships through the Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. She has made Central Otago her home, drawn to its natural beauty. Dr. Ganderton enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a special interest in Lifestyle Medicine and Lipoedema management. When not at work, she crafts up a storm in mixed media and ceramics.

Dr Deborah Brunt is a Specialist GP (FRNZCGP) and is board certified in lifestyle medicine. She has an interest in all things women's health particularly the impact of their hormone health across the life cycle from puberty, through the fertility window into perimenopause and menopause. She integrates lifestyle medicine into her practice to optimise health and wellbeing at every stage of life and to reduce disease risk. She is also the director of Meno Thrive at www.menothrive.co an online program to help women to build stronger, healthier bodies for life.
