Anji embarked on her journey in healthcare upon graduating from the University of Queensland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy. With a focus on Community Pharmacy, she dedicated herself to serving her community's health needs. In 2007, Anji expanded her expertise by becoming credentialed to conduct Home Medicines Reviews, a role she embraced with dedication, conducting several hundred reviews over the years.

Monique is a AHPRA Registered Nurse. She is the Clinical Program Coordinator and a health coach for the EMERALD wellbeing program. In her position in EMERALD she works alongside people assisting with changes to their lifestyle in the early intervention program. Monique is involved in public presentations helping to improve general knowledge about mental health. Monique has worked in mental health since graduating as a Registered Nurse in 1997 at Ara in Christchurch, New Zealand. She has two Postgraduate Diplomas in Health Science endorsed in Mental Health and endorsed in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from Otago University. Her clinical experience includes working with children and adolescents as well as adults in inpatient settings, working with adults with problematic anxiety in a specialist community service in New Zealand. Once moving to Australia, she has worked with adults with depression, anxiety, addiction and post-traumatic stress in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Prior to her current role, Monique worked in the clinical trials unit at the Thompson Institute.
