I specialise in men’s and women’s health, paediatrics, chronic conditions, and obstetric shared care, with particular interests in mental health, women’s health, and weight loss management. I am currently pursuing further qualifications in Lifestyle Medicine and have a strong commitment to Aboriginal Health. As an Academic at Flinders University, I also teach medical students and mentor GP trainees.

Dan is a Registered (Licensed) Psychologist in clinical practice, and is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Queensland Rural School of Medicine. With more than 15 years of experience working in adult and child and youth mental health services, and having supervised provisionally registered and senior psychologists, he is currently based in Gin Gin and Bundaberg.

Dr. Richard is a seasoned General Practitioner with over 30 years of experience, holding a medical degree from Southampton University and Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. His diverse career includes service with the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, as well as roles in rural, remote, and urban healthcare settings across Australia. In 2015, he co-founded his own medical practice in Perth.
