Rentia understands the power of food on a deeply personal level. Having overcome food allergies, sensitivities, and a pain disorder, she's experienced firsthand how food choices impact our physical and emotional well-being. Rentia has a particular focus on helping individuals manage inflammatory conditions, including autoimmune diseases, gut health issues, and allergies, including histamine issues and MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome).
